Your founder-led DTC email and SMS partner
From median to top decile.
Audens Media builds retention programs for DTC brands. We take email and SMS from the median to the top decile, so every customer you've already paid to acquire is worth more.

Retention partners who actually care whether it works.
Most agencies treat email as a checkbox. A few templates, a send calendar nobody looks at, and a monthly report full of open rates.
We think that's why so many brands sit at the median and call it "Good."
We build full retention systems instead: a list that grows on purpose, flows that earn while you sleep, campaigns with a reason behind every send, and measurement you can defend in a board meeting. Then we tell you the truth about what's working, every week.
P.S. For brands, that means email and SMS that pull real weight in the P&L. For us, it means we only win when the numbers move.
Four values we don't bend.
More than clients
We're running a business, but we also love getting to know the people we work with, and we want you to know us too. The closer we get, the better everyone performs. Working with us is never just transactional.
1% better
Every percent matters. We don't believe in complacency: always test, always optimize, and never settle for average. Small gains, stacked every week, are how median programs become top decile.
Own the outcome
We treat your revenue like it's our own. No hiding behind deliverables or vanity metrics. If a number stalls, you hear it from us first, along with what we're changing.
Dare
Audens is Latin for "to dare." 1% better covers the small wins. Dare covers the big swings: rebuilding the form that's already rated "Good" and testing the idea everyone else calls too risky.

FounderHi, I'm Aaron.
I studied marketing at Cleveland State and graduated in 2024. Like most marketing grads, I knew the theory. What I didn't have yet was proof that I could make a number move.
That changed in 2025, when I joined the in-house team at one of the fastest growing brands in its market as Head of Retention and SEO. On day one, the email program looked like a lot of the programs I see now: about 20,000 subscribers sitting in Klaviyo, no signup form to grow the list, no segmentation, and roughly one campaign a month sent as a one-off.
There was no shortage of ideas. What was missing was an order. So I built it one layer at a time: a signup form so the list could grow, then flows so revenue stopped depending on someone remembering to hit send, then a real send calendar with offer testing, then weekly optimization against the data.
Ten months later, monthly Klaviyo-attributed revenue had gone from $28K to $288K. The list grew 4.5x, and revenue per subscriber grew 2.3x on top of it. More of that gain came from making each subscriber worth more than from simply adding people.
That's when it clicked for me: revenue without a system underneath it is just luck wearing a nice outfit. The gap between a median program and a top-decile one usually isn't the creative. It's the order you build things in.
I started Audens Media in 2025 to bring that system to other DTC brands. Since then we've built retention for brands like Blackline Car Care, Gainful, Stealth Supply, KitchenSupply and Wrath & Remedy. At Stealth Supply, we rebuilt a signup form the platform had already rated "Good" and took it from 4.07% to 12.18%. That project is where our rule about benchmarks came from.
Audens stays founder-led on purpose. When you work with us, you work with me, not a junior account manager learning on your account.
